The on-board computer is a bit more old-fashioned than expected and I don't see any possibility to keep track of cumulative progress. Easy to adjust to high resistance, you have a smooth pedaling movement with very little noise. Bar of handlebars also do not hold well and heart rate monitor had double liked so also on the lower grips. So you have to make compromises in seating position, which is less ergonomic. However, the steering wheel is not positioned for large and small. It can also slide forwards and backwards and the saddle itself is comfortable. Saddle is adjustable in height for big and small. The caps fit neatly together when removed, so design error that they no longer fit neatly when mounted on a bicycle. I took the caps off after my friend also opened her hand. These do not fit well, this can even be seen in the photos on the product page! (and on attached photo). when tightening the knob as strongly as possible, both thumbs were opened on the protruding plastic of the caps that are under the saddle. For now it's stuck, but don't trust the mechanics completely and wait and see if it doesn't happen again. Saddle slides back too easily despite tightening the knob strongly. To hold parts while connecting cables, best to do installation with two people. Best not to run top cable out of housing. Risk of cable damage with protruding screws in the housing. Cable cannot make a bend and goes into the kink.

Putting it together doesn't have to be difficult, but manual can sometimes be clearer and in my case a lot of time and hassle to get the cable back into the housing for attaching the screen. Furthermore, it is a super nice device, and I am convinced that I will spend many pleasant hours on it this winter. Also the power adapter with short fidget cable could have been better.

Furthermore, the trainer stands like a block of concrete on the ground. What strikes me after 2 workouts is how quiet the bike is. It is up to you to determine whether you think the extra money per month is worth it. However, you can cycle Kinomaps with beautiful filmed images all over the world. You always see yourself jumping slightly on a map. The disadvantage is that they are not smooth images.
It is nice that the height difference in terrain is translated into resistance in the exercise bike. The advantage of iConsole is that it is free, and you can drive from point A to point B via Maps, anywhere in the world.

At the time of writing, I'm not sure if I think it's worth paying for the app (I'm still in my 7-day free trial). Kinomaps does offer a bit more, however, but for the price of 9.99 per month (or 79.00 per year). I had pre-installed the iConsole and Kinomaps apps on my iPad, and created accounts for them, so I could get started right away. In other words, the quality is not the same across the board. The body with the handlebar and saddle rod are solid, but the various plastic parts feel very rickety here and there. The different parts just don't always feel equally solid.
